As a prominent supplier to the educational marketplace, our founder found himself struggling to effectively manage his business processes. The reliance on Excel spreadsheets and handwritten notes proved inadequate for the scale of his operations. Seeking a solution, he turned to a simple software program, which has since evolved over the past 15 years into what is now known as O. I. COMPLETE.
Having navigated through the complexities of specifying, delivering, installing, and managing hundreds of projects encompassing thousands of products, our founder encountered both the best and worst industry practices. It was through these experiences that O. I. COMPLETE emerged, incorporating 25 years of collaboration with top FF&E professionals to offer the ultimate software solution for managing ongoing projects and long-term facilities management.
